Grace & First

Richmond Arts

We never considered managing properties that we had not developed, but when the opportunity arose, we were delighted to add these beautiful buildings to our portfolio.

The Richmond Arts Building was built in the 1920s for a local decorating and design firm. Its Spanish-Mediterranean style includes many fanciful details such as carved lion statues, a columned terrace, and cast-plaster shields. The adjacent Winston House, which was built in the 1870s as a residence, features a particularly ornate wrought-iron front porch.

The interiors of these buildings have now been joined, and they offer a variety of studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments. You will find high ceilings and large windows throughout the property. Most apartments have hardwood floors, and some have private balconies.
